By using Terenio (terenio.com) you agree to these terms. The operating company is being registered; until then Terenio is operated by its founder, who acts as the data controller.
What the service does
Terenio generates visual landscape design options from a photo you upload and calculates an approximate material estimate from a partner catalogue.
Estimates are approximate
Quantities are calculated from the area you outline and standard usage norms; prices come from a partner catalogue and can change.
The result is a ballpark for planning, not a binding offer. Final quantities and prices are confirmed after an on-site measurement.
Generated images
Renders are illustrative. The real appearance of a material is defined by the product photo or a physical sample, not by the render.
You keep the rights to the photo you upload. You grant us permission to process it in order to produce your design.
Free pilot period
During the pilot the service is provided free of charge and no payments are collected.
Limits apply (number of sessions per account, per IP and per day) to keep the service available to everyone.
Acceptable use
Do not upload photos you have no right to use, and do not attempt to bypass limits or disrupt the service.
We may suspend access if these terms are broken.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as is, without warranty of uninterrupted operation.
We are not liable for decisions made solely on the basis of an approximate estimate or a render.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date above shows the last change.
