This policy explains what personal data Terenio (terenio.com) collects, why, and what rights you have. The operating company is being registered; until then Terenio is operated by its founder, who acts as the data controller.
What we collect
Early access requests: name, phone, city, optional email, your role and monthly project volume.
Design requests: the photo of the plot you upload, your selections in the wizard, and the generated result with its estimate.
Account data if you register: email address and, optionally, company name and logo.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, time of request - used for security and abuse limits.
Why we use it
To generate the design and the material estimate you requested.
To contact you about early access, your request or your quote.
To prevent abuse (rate limits per IP and per account) and to keep the service secure.
Legal basis
Performance of a contract (providing the service you asked for) and your consent when you submit a form.
Legitimate interest for security, abuse prevention and service improvement.
Who processes data for us
Google Cloud (Vertex AI) - image generation from the photo you upload.
Our hosting provider and email provider - to run the service and deliver messages.
We never sell your data and never publish your photos without your consent.
How long we keep it
Early access requests: until we contact you and for up to 24 months afterwards.
Photos and generated designs: while your project exists; you can ask us to delete them at any time.
Technical logs: up to 12 months.
Your rights
You can request access, correction, deletion, portability of your data, or object to processing.
